Official Rules

1. Sponsor. RoofElite, LLC (“Sponsor”), 19002 1st St SW, Lutz, FL 33548.

2. Eligibility. Open only to legal U.S. residents 18 years or older who own real property (residential or business) located within Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando, Polk, Manatee, Citrus, or Sarasota County, Florida (the “Territory”). For clarity, occupancy is not required; the entrant must be a homeowner/property owner of a property located in the Territory. Property must be suitable for installation and compliant with applicable codes/permits/HOA or other approvals. Employees, contractors, representatives of Sponsor, participating media partners, and members of their households are not eligible. Void outside the Territory and where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period. Begins 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 13, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 25, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

There are multiple ways to earn entries. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. All entries must be received/postmarked as stated below. Limit 176 total entries per household regardless of method(s).

Entry Limits/General: Max 176 entries per household via any combination of methods. Automated, bulk, third-party, or fraudulent submissions are void. Incomplete/illegible/untimely entries are void. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt.

One (1) Grand Prize: A roof replacement (materials and labor) valued up to $25,000 based on Sponsor’s standard retail pricing for projects ordinarily offered by Sponsor in the Territory, to be installed on a property owned by the verified winner within the Territory (residential or business). Standard residential scope includes tear-off of existing roof covering, underlayment, starter, field shingles (or Sponsor-approved base system), hip/ridge, standard flashing, ventilation per code, and jobsite cleanup. Exclusions/Limitations: Structural repairs, decking replacement beyond two (2) sheets included; additional billed at $90/sheet, fascia/soffit/gutters, skylights, solar components, code upgrades, unforeseen conditions, and items not expressly listed as included are not included. If the selected property requires commercial specifications or exceeds the standard scope/value, winner may apply a credit up to $25,000 toward a qualifying project from Sponsor, with the winner responsible for any balance. Prize is non-transferable, no cash alternative, except Sponsor may substitute a prize/credit of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection & Notification. On or about December 31, 2025, Sponsor (or its designee) will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted by RoofElite and/or a participating radio host via phone/email using the information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9 within 7 days of notification. Failure to timely respond/complete forms, ineligibility, or inability to contact may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate.

7. Installation Window. After verification, Sponsor will coordinate installation within 60 days, subject to permitting, weather, scheduling, labor/material availability, property access, and timely approvals (including HOA/architectural review if applicable).

8. Taxes. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and use. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV. Winner must provide a valid W-9 prior to scheduling.

9. Conditions of Participation. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost/late mail, or other errors beyond its control.

10. Publicity & Privacy. Where lawful, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and its media partners the right to use winner’s name, city, likeness, voice, and photos/video of the property/installation for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Personal data will be processed consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants release Sponsor, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and media partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or prize use. In no event will Sponsor be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. General. If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remainder enforced. Disputes governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive venue in courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

13. Compliance Notice. Sponsor intends to conduct the Sweepstakes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion, subject to applicable law.

14. Winner Name. For the winner’s name after verification, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to RoofElite Sweepstakes — Winner Request, 19002 1st St SW, Lutz, FL 33548, received by January 31, 2026.
